Responsibilities:

The Client Services Resource Manager (CSRM) reports to their respective Full Time Supervisor within Client Services. CSRM is responsible for managing the day to day workflow of the Client Services office. A CSRM ensures that their assigned Client Services office and ticket queue is running efficiently. The successful candidate must stay up to date with the technology deployed at Manhattan College. A CSRM coordinates, trains and supervises a team of student employees. Mainly, the the CSRM is tasked with ensuring that their team has the skill, tools, and resources to be successful when dispatched. CSRM will communicate regularly with their counterparts in other offices and support each other as needed.
