Position Overview
Manhattan University , located only 10 miles from Midtown in The Bronx, is searching for its next Slate CRM Administrator.
Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Director of Slate Technology and Analytics oversees the overall design, administration, maintenance, and support of the Enrollment Management CRM platform (i.e., Technolutions Slate). This position will work collaboratively to support the Enrollment Management leadership team and campus partners (Information Technology, Financial Aid, Provost Office, Institutional Research, etc.) to provide overall management of the Slate CRM functionality to include data integrity, applications, document management, inquiry and prospect data uploads, reporting and interpretation, communication support, event management, user training, and system integrations. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Acts as the primary Slate administrator by managing the day-to-day operation, use, and configuration of the system to maintain functionality, appearance, and settings within community areas of the CRM.
- Configure and customize Slate to meet the specific needs and workflows of different departments and users, including forms, reports, workflows, and portals.
- Ensure data integrity and operational efficiencies through rules, automation, and auditing.
- Maximize efficiency and accuracy of Slate's capabilities.
- Test, deploy, and validate regular updates, feeds, and/or new functionality delivered by Technolutions.
- Write and execute queries and API calls against university databases using SQL Server; data systems include Slate and Banner.
- Develop and maintain data integration between Slate and other systems.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Tableau and Slate.
- Work to promote funnel management communication flows to include setup of email and print campaigns, mail merges, and overseeing campaign delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and create a robust reporting function to support daily, weekly, monthly and yearly SEM best practices.
- Support reporting and interpretation of data for C-suite and deans of the College.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to records, integration, and general system issues.
- Maintain documentation, including procedures, configuration, and architecture.
- Provide user support and facilitate training with staff and faculty across the institution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on quantitative skills (computer science, statistics, social sciences, or related field of study). Master’s Degree preferred.
- Two to three years of Slate experience, 3-5 years of CRM experience.
- Experience with Technolutions Slate.
- Familiarity with Ellucian Banner or other higher education student information system.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Excel).
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data visualization software.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to work with a diverse group of technical and non-technical people and handle interactions/concerns with professionalism.
Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000, based on experience.
