Job description:

The Mechanical Engineering Department seeks a dedicated work-study student to support faculty and staff on various ongoing projects. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with equipment set up and maintenance

• Writing manuals and/or instruction guides for equipment

• Helping with several outreach initiatives
• Generating content for the department’s social media accounts

The work-study student will report directly to the Department Chair. Candidates must be enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering BS program and maintain good academic standing.

Hours: 10/week

Hourly Rate: $ 16.50
