Position Title: Student Customer Service Agent (CSA)
Hourly Rate: $16.50
Job description:
The Customer Service Agent (CSA) helps students, employees and parents.
The work involves parking permits, ID Cards, responding to emails/phone calls, creating reports
and interacting directly with our customers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Be a Matriculating Student
- Excellent Verbal Communications Skills
- Attention to Detail/Detail Oriented
- Positive Upbeat Disposition
- Ability to Start work in August prior to August 25 (1st day of classes)
