Position Title: Student Worker
Job Description: Reporting to the EA for Advancement, with guidance and direction from department management and staff, this position will provide support to all functions of the Advancement Office, including Alumni Relations, Development and Capital Campaign. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, copying and filing, assisting with mailings, making phone calls to donors, inventory, organizing and preparing materials for Alumni Functions including attending events (especially reunion), assisting with scholarship processes and maintenance of supply closets. Use of our database, Microsoft Office, Google Suite to update, edit and research donor information. Assist in logistical planning and donor outreach for University fundraising events. Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs., climbing ladder and maintaining storage areas, strong verbal and writing skills, maintain a high level of confidentiality, professional demeanor.

End date: June 30, 2026
Hours: 4 to 6 hours weekly
Hourly Rate: $16.50
