Position Title: Student Worker, Associate Dean's Office

Requirements:

The ideal candidate(s) has completed at least one semester at Manhattan University before August 2025.

The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The ideal candidate(s) will be conscientious, efficient, responsible, reliable, organized, proficient in problem-solving, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist all full-time and part-time Kakos School of Arts and Sciences faculty with photocopying, scanning, filing, and posting advertisements.

  • Manage the Kakos SAS Instagram account.

  • Assist with updating bulletin boards and posting announcements.

  • Electronic conversion of documents.

  • Answering the phone in a professional manner.

  • Communicating detailed in-person messages or phone messages.

  • Carrying out other assignments issued by their direct supervisor as they arise.

  • Assist with Dean events coordinated by the Dean’s office.

This position is open to all majors.

Desired Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: May 2026

Hours: 10 per week

Hourly Rate: $ 16.50
