Position Title: Student Worker, President's Office

Hourly Rate: $16.50

Position Summary:

The President’s Office is seeking a Manhattan University sophomore or junior who is eligible for Federal Work-Study (FWS) to provide clerical assistance with filing, answering phones, data entry, and other duties as assigned. The student needs to be mature, poised, articulate, trustworthy and discreet with an understanding of the University’s Lasallian Catholic mission. The student must maintain a high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy as the President’s Office interacts with trustees, senior administrators, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, students and parents.

- Comfortable with multitasking

- Strong interpersonal skills

Requirements:

- A minimum of a 3.0 GPA

- Two campus references

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet research capabilities
